SALES

For wholesale orders a Matters Speaking order form will need to be completed with all requested information and emailed to mattersspeaking@gmail.com. Upon receiving the order form, Matters Speaking will confirm stock available and an estimated production time frame, and an invoice including postage costs. Samples of Matters Speaking products can be sent to buyer upon request.

 
 

 
 

PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is required prior to the stock being sent in Australian dollars. Upon receipt of this payment products will be sent within 5 business days. Buyers with established accounts and good standing payment history may request payment terms by emailed mattersspeaking@gmail.com

PROMOTION

Matters Speaking will list the retail partner as a stockist on www.mattersspeaking.com and will promote the retail partner on social media. All marketing material paid for by Matters Speaking including professional photo shoots, look books, product images and Instagram collaborations will be available to the retail partner, and provided by Matters Speaking through Drop Box. All promotion and marketing of Matters Speaking products by the retail partner will be at their own cost, and available to Matters Speaking for use.

 
 

 
 

PACKAGING + DISPLAYS

All Matters Speaking products will be packaged prior to shipment inclusive in the wholesale price. Matters Speaking products are to be sold and packaged in the packaging provided by Matters Speaking.

We offer custom Matters Speaking Displays for the jewellery to be displayed on in your store. The displays not only make the jewellery shine and stand out in your store, the meanings of each piece are a focal point by having a card display included with each unit. Details and prices are outlined in the Displays Catalogue which can be downloaded below.

 
 

 
 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. An exchange for an identical product can be made for defected products. A request for a return with details of defect must be emailed to mattersspeaking@gmail.com. Please note general wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault, and we have developed a customer care policy that is available on www.mattersspeaking.com
